While studying Personal Foundation with Coach University, there were ten essential steps to build you from the inside out. In other words, there is a strategy to help improve your self-image, self-worth, confidence and attitude! The "BE" component of Be, Do and Have.
One of the ten steps was belonging to a great community. The contribution that is made by both you and your community enhances the values, understanding and personal growth of all. Your friends are an integral part of that community.
It has been shown that your friends can help shape you...sometimes more profoundly than you even realize 'till years have passed and you have the ability to reflect on what impact they have made upon you, positively, or even negatively.
Whether you see your friends, hear from your friends, or just think about your friends, turn inward to see how you really feel about the experience it provides you. If there is conflict, ask yourself why? If there is peace, ask yourself why? Whatever the feeling, there is a reason they are in your life...and there is something to learn from all of them!
